There are so many nice hills around singkarak lake. Called Gagoan, Akasia, Ahcmad Sadin, Aua Sarumpun, etc. Each of them has a uniquely view, has a differences phanorama. And this is the AWESOME of SINGKARAK.
Singkarak--- become a largest lake in West Sumatera or Ranah Minang. Singkarak connect two of legancy (kabupaten Tanah Datar and Kabupaten Solok). But fokus study here not about Singkarak, but rather about one of hills of Singkarak, Puncak Makau2. One of the most beautiful hill about Singkarak. Be in a Guguak Malalo, Malalo, Batipuah baruah (Southern Malalo), Tanah Datar, West Sumatera. Puncak Makau2 is a complementary of phanorama Singkarak.
About one hour or up two hours tracking from Padang Panjang by motorcycle and as long as Malalo road, will be able to see a collaboration between wet rice field, Singkarak lake and also how kind of Malalo's people after Malalo or when take Guguak Malalo we will pass through a steep grade with unflawless road and it will blocked our way sometime. Puncak Makau2 or the top of Makau2 hill, give something a phenomenal view. All of Singkarak (come to Tanah Datar and Solok) will apparently seen. Puncak Makau2 was planned be a paragliding spot in West Sumatera after Puncak Lawang and Puncak Langkisau.
